The KFIT Boot Camp was developed in 2002 to promote teamwork and camaraderie and to increase the participant’s awareness of their potential to thrive and enjoy life
to the fullest.
This year’s theme is Optimal Human Performance. We will all explore both Eastern
philosophy and Western thought to increase your abilities to be fully engaged as well
as learn some very applicable knowledge about human performance.
Where: Camp Air Eau Bois, Denholm, QC
Beautiful Mountainous site – Clean Lake – Great facility

Thursday, July 29th, (6pm-7pm Welcome Orientation)
Friday, July 30th – Full Day
Saturday, July 31st - Full Day
Sunday, Aug 1st - Ends at 2:30pm.

You will create your Energy Baseline and develop a plan of action to optimize your human machine with a higher awareness of the positive influence you will have on

- KFIT “Combat” Classes
- Swimming and Water activities
- Team Canoe (8-12 person team powered)
- Rock Climbing – beginner to intermediate level.
- Krav Maga – Effective and Easy to Learn Self-Defence
- The Mind Game – learn and understand how to empower
you performance physically, mentally and emotionally.
- Obstacle Course to test personal improvement – Average improvement of 40% from day 1 to day 3.
- Energy Management Strategies
- Operational and Task Force Leadership Games
- Meditation and Recovery Skills
- Krav Maga Knife and Gun Defence
- Weapons Training – the concept of leveraged power and
how it is an extension of the person in control.
- Stress Reduction Techniques – understand it – master it.
- Team Training Drills – Trust and Cooperation leads to
higher levels of achievement and a sense of being part of

- Mind and Body Nutrition – Optimal Energy and Recovery
- Flexability and muscle balance to be injury free
- Exercise & Training Physiology
